go ice skating on our ice rink, join in all the snow ball throwing fun and see the Gardens covered in man made snow!

The Hunter Valley Steakhouse at Mercure Resort Hunter Valley Gardens invites you to partake in a unique 'Match your Shiraz and Steak Experience' from 5.30pm – 6.30pm every evening during the month of June 2012.

For only $15pp (free when dining afterwards) you will be served a number of different samples of Hunter Valley Steaks (cooked to perfection) accompanied by Hunter Valley Shiraz, with these samples we challenge you to identify the best match. Aiding in your selection will be some tasting notes and of course our Chef's selection and winery representative to see how well you fair!

Accor Extreme Challenge to Cure Kids Fiji Islands 2012

We will spend five days taking part in the ACCOR EXTREME CHALLENGE TO CURE KIDS FIJI ISLANDS, being held in Fiji 15th-19th October 2012, pushing ourselves to our absolute limits over a course that involves swimming, kayaking, running, ‘community’ challenges and more. We will be competing against other teams from around New Zealand, Australia and Fiji and testing our mental/physical endurance and resilience!
