I booked our annual Management Team conference at your resort after a poorly run conference in Terrigal last year. I was a little nervous using a new venue (as our team can be difficult to please at times). We stayed at the resort in the first week of February and held our daily meetings in the Semillon Centre. Can I just say that absolutely everything about our time there was faultless. Jess and Casey from the Confernece and Events Management Team were a complete pleasure to deal with in the lead up to the conference. They are both so professional - nothing was missed and nothing was too much trouble. During our actual meetings, Brett took great care of us. Everything was catered for, nothing was missed. He is extremely professional and courteous - yet another credit to you. There was also a lady in the dining room who appeared to be the hostess who I wanted to mention. I didn't catch her name but she was there every day and was so lovely - everyone commented on her friendliness. Infact all of your staff were tremendously friendly. Perhaps we're not used to it in Sydney but every single manager commented on how wonderful your staff were and I just felt that they all deserved to be thanked for the tremendous care they took of us. On a more practical note, our accommodation was of an extremely high standard, the meals were wonderful, and the meeting rooms were perfect for us. If you could please pass our thanks on to your team, I would really appreciate it. And thank you to you also, for running such a fine establishment and such a great team - I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Mercure Hunter Valley to anyone. Just a quick note to say thank you to you and your team for the first class and friendly service we enjoyed during our recent stay. There were a number of little things you guys did that made a massive difference for us, like delivering the microwave within 20 minutes of our request, keeping us and more importantly our 7 month old happy. We look forward to staying with you again one day soon.

A note of thanks for a very successful evening . Service, food and the room was excellent and everyone had a good time with NO complaints ( not so easy with 26 elderly golfers believe me ) Please thank Chef and the Service team who looked after us. Hopefully we will be down again in the not too distant future (at least Rhonda & I anyway) Very Best Wishes.

Would just like to say thanks to the Mecure resort Wedding and Events Department and all the team at the Mercure HVG for helping us with our wedding reception. Everyone was very helpful, and we appreciate what you all did for us on, and leading up to our special day. We received a very professional, helpful and happy approach to everything we asked of you, even when plans changed daily. We were aiming for an easy, smooth and problem free reception, and you helped us achieve this. The Shiraz room was perfect, the food was excellent, and the staff and service was exceptional. And to top it off, staying in the Presedential Suite, was an ideal way to end our wedding day, and a perfect way to start the rest of our lives togethter. Like we said at the very start when you asked us what we wanted, our response was smooth, easy and problem free. This is what you provided for us. Thank you very much for helping us make our day special. It is easy dealing with friendly professional people who know what they are doing.

The team at GMHVG were outstanding. Their knowledge and professionalism were of great comfort when organising a complicated event and last minute changes were not an issue.

All the staff were very attentive and nothing seemed a problem . I would recommend to any of our friends to stay at the Grand Mercure. Once again thank you for making our stay a very welcoming one.

We enjoyed ourselves immensely and the facilities were great, the steakhouse meals were excellent, it was actually lovely on the Friday night for the chef to bring out the meals and be seen. The grounds and layout is just beautiful.
