Situated just a 10 minute walk from our Resort and at the foothills of the Brokenback Ranges, are the spectacular Hunter Valley Gardens. Spanning over 25 hectares, be amazed by the sensational sights, colours and fragrances of the twelve stunning feature gardens and see our newest attraction – Dancing Waters, a spectacular display of water, lights and music.

Explore each garden and enjoy an exciting journey through flowers, trees and shrubs with an air of discovery at every turn.

Bask in a lavish array of colour and scent in the Rose Garden, with more than eight thousand roses on display; laze above the 10 metre waterfall and take in the superb views from the lookout or step back in time with all your favourite fairytale characters in the Storybook Garden.

Located just a few minutes stroll from our resort you will find Pokolbin’s town centre – Hunter Valley Gardens Village, featuring boutique specialty shops and restaurants. Browse through the fashion, antique and gift shops or perhaps enjoy a massage, facial or hair treatment in the salon. Stop for a coffee, Gourmet Deli items, Devonshire tea or an old fashioned cone of ice-cream. During your visit have a hit on the Aqua Golf driving range where you can win some great prizes. Enjoy the beautifully landscaped gardens of the Village and make the most of the picnic and barbecue facilities, located right next to the fully enclosed children’s playground.
