Just wanted to say a massive thank you! for everything that the team did including putting up with my copious amounts of changes to the day :)

Everything was perfect and amazing! Everyone is raving about the place - how cozy and pretty it all is. As well as raving about all the food esp. the calamari entree and beef main.

And oh my goodness that bridal suite is huge! The accommodation was gorgeous :)

Also, Gabby and Sam who ran my reception did an absolute amazing job :) made everything so easy.

Thanks again. It was totally perfect :)

We would like to thank you for organising our event on the 2-3 March at the Mercure Resort Hunter Valley Gardens. The room had been set up perfectly, according to our requirements and the AV support on the day made our event commence smoothly and on time. Your staff have been very supporting and assisted us with our requirements on the day as required and the food was very nice. We have received many positive comments from our participants and the event was an overall success. Thank you for your assistance all the way through and for ensuring that everything was organised. I have met personally with Brad and Eliza and both of them were of great assistance with the planning and running of the seminar.

Thank you for doing such a fantastic job in hosting my party. I love
the venue, the food, the service - it was all sensational. Your staff were so polite and attentive, it was a real pleasure to be amongst their midst and to work with them. I've had many, many positive comments about the party and about the Mercure/venue/food/drinks/service, so you should be very proud of
yourselves on a job well done. I had the most sensational night and
it was such a treat not have to worry about the food and drinks, so I really, really appreciate everything you did very much.

I would not hesitate to return to the Mercure if I had another event because I know that I would be well taken care of from beginning to end. I cannot thank you enough. Congratulations and well done.

Great place to stay. The staff were able to answer questions and arrange anything you needed. The place is in a centtral location with great bycicle rides. I am staying there again

Dining room was booked out when we tried to book in .Which was disappointing but room service was 10/10 .Will book earlier next time and enjoy steak !

We just want to send our thanks for our beautiful wedding day at the Mercure Hunter Valley, can you please pass on our thanks to all the staff involved, the grounds were magnificent, the food was fantastic compliments to the chef's, our accommodation was
lovely, The atmosphere was great, many people commented that it was a lovely venue. Can you please pass on a special thank you to the lovely Young Lady that served behind the bar all afternoon, and Eliza in F&B, they were both very pleasant and polite to everyone
and did a great Job. As well as our Wedding Coordinator it was a pleasure having Felicity as our coordinator, yshe was very polite, helpful and her effort to make our day very special was appreciated. We had a fantastic day, everything fell into place perfectly,
all our guests had a lovely time and there was nothing but praise from them all. Please forward this on to the manager, everyone deserves recognition for a job well done. Sincere Thanks Garry and Kay Welsh

'thank you' for the most wonderful wedding the Mercure gave our daughter and son-in-law. Everything well and truly surpassed our highest of expectations - the venue was a picture - no small detail we had requested had been overlooked or altered. The staff
were wonderful - helpful, happy and welcoming to our family and friends, everyone comented on the great food and incredible atmosphere - it is four days now since the big day - and I am still smiling. Thank you to you all for making this family event a wonderful
occasion.

My husband and I celebrated our 5 year anniversary in April and stayed at your hotel. It was fabulous and having the winery's all so close so we didn't have to drive anywhere made it even better. Will definately be returning again and recommending to friends

We held our wedding at the Mercure Resort Hunter Valley in February 2011 and it was the most perfect venue and perfect day. The staff was more than helpful during the whole organising process and didn’t dismiss us due to being a small function (which happened
at some venues). They were always helpful in accommodating our requests and helping to solve any problems that arose. We had our wedding in the garden under the trees and everything was set up for us including chairs, a PA system and a red carpet. We hired
the King Suite for two nights and used this for the girls area to get ready before the wedding, the staff at the Mercure were more than happy to arrange food to come to us in the room rather than having to go to the breakfast area. The reception room was fantastic
(We used the Restaurant room), it was such a beautiful setting looking out to the gardens and pool area and with the beautiful wood and sandstone was a perfect backdrop for our day. We had the most fantastic food which all of my guest attested to and the day
went off perfectly. I would like to thank all the Staff at the Mercure for all their hard work to make our Wedding day totally perfect, and a special thank you to Kirsty who was our coordinator and was always happy to help. They did a wonderful job and I look
back on that day knowing everything ran so smoothly. They even didn’t mind when the bridal party went for a midnight swim after the reception (it was a 40+ degree day). A great day with such great memories. Thanks guys.

I would like to thank Kristy for her wonderful and faultless service in organising the function room for Mum's 80th on the 3rd December. It was just perfect for our guests and all left at the end of the day feeling very good. I can't remember the name
of the young lass that looked after us for our luncheon but I am sure you will know who she was. I thanked her, but would appreciate that she is acknowledged by yourself for her thoughtfulness and manner that she carried out her responsibilities. She was an
absolute delight. Look forward to booking another function in the future.

Great Conferencing... Everything went well and I would like to thank Brett and the staff for being so organised .Not having to worry about that side of things really took the pressure off and allowed me to concentrate on the presenters and making sure
they had all they needed. The food was excellent.

Thanks to the Conferencing Team... Thank you ever so much for all of your hard work and efforts in organising our Conference. We were all really well looked after and everyone spoke so highly of the beautiful resort. Those with dietary requirements were
particularly pleased with how they were accommodated for. Especially having food prepared separately and not being made to 'make do' with just salad. Brett and all the Wait team were brilliant. So attentive, friendly, polite and eager to help. Please pass

I stayed there December last year so we could go to Hunter Valley Garden Christmas lights spectacular. The hotel room was absulutley amazing I must say! The beds were extremely comfortable the shower and bathroom facilities - perfect! The pool, spa and
sauna was just perfect aswell, great job staying again this year in December.

Beauitful place. We just got married in the garden the place and the staff were outstanding went out of there way to make sure everything was perfect for us. The staff were wonderfull so nice and helpful and the gardens look beauitful. I would highly recommend
to anyone.

Great location, walking distance to loads of cellar doors and the Hunter Valley Gardens, lovely breakfast on the terrace overlooking the pool area.Definitely coming back to stay with the kids when the Christmas lights are on.

On a 1/2 price deal, this was a bargain. Very comfortable and quiet. TV cabinet needs replacing to accommodate the large screen and a DVD player would be a great assett. Excellent bathroom facilities, although no bath.

Clean room, spa in bathroom,fireplace in main reception was only lit when asked but all staff were friendly and accommodating to our needs will stay again. Central to most wineries and all activities in the area were known to staff Stayed August 2011,
traveled as a couple
