| The team at Mercure Resort Hunter Valley Gardens were simply amazing. In the midst of COVID restrictions, we were able to have a perfect ceremony and reception with our entire family. The venue laid out a beautiful day for us, weeks in advance which ensured that our special day ran without incident. In particular we would like to thank Caroline Long for her constant help and reassurances during the entire planning of the wedding. |

| My partner (now husband) and I were recently wed at the Mercure Resort Hunter Valley Gardens and we were incredibly impressed by quite a few members of staff and how they helped manage and coordinate our big day.
Veronica was our most recent wedding coordinator, and she (as well as Hannah and Caroline) were all a pleasure to deal with and were very responsive to our questions, concerns and changes to our plans. They deserve recognition for their efforts.
The day of, and the day before the wedding, Veronica was so incredible and helped us to achieve the perfect day (despite a last minute change in ceremony venue). She (and the Chef) just ran with all of my last minute requests and changes, and it was implemented with minimal fuss and came out perfectly.
Sarah also deserves recognition. She was looking after us during our wedding dinner in the Lodge Room and was so friendly and made sure we had everything we needed.

| Just wanted to say a big thank you for everything that you did to make sure our weekend was a great success. We all had a fabulous time and the conference while being very productive was also relaxing because of the environment we were in. Mitch from Pinnacle was fantastic, although I’m not sure he was fully prepared for the little skits that he had us do!!!! Please pass on to all the staff involved in any part of our weekend, weather it was the room set ups, meals, reception or the staff looking after us late at night, a big thank you. Everything was so professional and nothing was too much trouble. |

| Just wanted to touch base and let you know I’ve had wonderful feedback from my colleague Gillian Manson and I also had one of my Members call this morning to say what a great event it was so many thanks to you and your great team.
Gillian was so impressed with the high level of service and attention to detail. Everything was seamless and anything that was needed was taken care of immediately. The food was great and even my ‘fussy’ gluten free guest was happy as she felt well looked after. Gillian was grateful for the care taken with her requirements.
It was such a pleasure working with you, the pre-planning was so easy and I really appreciate that you always got back to me so quickly.

just wanted to thank you both for all your organising and all the staff at Mercure, especially Brett, I think was his name who was present throughout the two days to oversee all went according to schedule. We had a wonderful time everything was magnificent and that chef really did do wonders with the menus.

I Will highly recommend your resort to colleagues and assistants, also to family and friends to visit your beautiful resort.

Just want to say a huge THANKYOU to Kate our Coordinator was amazing. Was so good to not have to worry about anything apart from getting ready.
Everything at our reception was PERFECT 10 out of 10. The staff were great the food was SO yum. The room was amazing looked just perfect with all the decorations. I will send through some photos of the room for you we would love nothing more than to share it with other future couples looking to have their wedding there.I will be highly recommending the Mercure it was just amazing.
We will definitely come and spend our 1 yr anniversary there.
